"CSWD definitely de-mystified a great deal of the website design lore out there. We "hired" someone else to design the site initially. CSWD exceeded what we received before, in terms of service and quality, and what we didn't have the technical expertise to do ourselves. We lost time, customers, and money by not coming to a professional designer in the first place. Their jargon-less approach to collaboration made the process all the more painless.  Often, I received same day, if not same minute, responses. In the initial going, it seemed like they were always on-line working out some detail or another. So, when I would e-mail, I received a thorough and prompt reply. Even those times when they could not get back to me within the minute that I requested something (usually asking for advice), their responses were thoughtful and answered even more than what I knew to even ask.  I was completely satisfied with my site after the design was completed and the best part is that it is still evolving.
